The best option is to get rid of the tank so you don't have to worry about overheating. Second option is to get rid of the heat bulb...but if you are inside, won't you be using air conditioning to cool the house down? I think 80+ all the time might be a bit cool for the sulcata and inside a tank, it could just be too hot...
