Russians have always been of interest to me so several years ago my brother and I purchased a good sized group of de-wormed imports. Within 3 weeks all but 2 were dead. Thier skin became transparent and thiers insides became soup and just sloshed around inside thier shells. The wholesaler we bought from reported the same thing happening to his. Is this a common thing with import Russians? I would like to get some more but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and true captive bred adults or LONG term adults are few and far between.
