Hello Amanda,
i suspect you are not from the states because star torts are very expensive and no one would buy them before knowing their proper care. I am not totally sure on star tprt diet but here is what i feen my egyptian tortoise... kale, endives, some corn, cactus, romaine lettuce... and other stuff
