The only thing I don't like is the vermiculite.
A tortoise might eat it.
Tortoise Trust recommends a 50/50 mix of sterilized sand and potting soil without fertilizer/pesticide/perlite/vermiculite.
FYI - Cypress Mulch is generally made from endangered Cypress trees from the Everglades in Florida.
