Alex is right. A vet trip is in order for any long term eating disturbances.
I don't know why she was wandering the house, but many people claim since the floor is so drafty, tortoises will get respiratory infections from it.
I personally wouldn't be putting my tortoises on the bed either, as many reptiles are carriers of salmonella.
If you suspect she is sick, you should definately keep her separated from your baby sulcata. If she does have something, you do not want her to give it to them.
If I were a tortoise, I would be depressed in a cardboard box too. I suggest you build her an enclosure so that her temperatures and activity can be better controlled.
