Actually, bananas are low in protein, (lower than endive and romaine...) but fruits are high in sugar and generally too watery...both can lead to diarrhea too...
Also - bananas and carrots both have a bad Ca:P ratio.

Grazing is definately the way to go as most grocery greens are too watery and sugary.
