need help with sulcatta

I have a 3 year old sulcatta who lives indoors in the winter and outdoors in the summer. I live in the Phoenox, AZ area currently. My husband just got a job transfer that will move us to the mountains where my tortoise will not be able to have the best life. I have tried to get a hold of some source to see if I can find a good home for him. Does anyone have any suggestions about who I can contact? I love my tortoise and I really do not want to give him away, but I want the best for him. Please help. Thanks.
