I was just wondering, how do you know that 12" is the minimum, Is it documented the exact effect that uv bulbs have? Allot of people would say no, infact, allot of people would say they are a waste of time! Im just curious as to where you learned that 12" is the minimum as well as 2%, could you please let me know. One more thing, was that $22.00 bulb you spoke of 48" long, because that would be a great deal.
