there could be a number of things wrong with your tortoise - the worst being that he is impacted. keep him hydrated as Giovanni said, and lengthen the duration. also, you can put a little bit of canola oil or other light oil on his food - or you can get lactulose from your vet. if he doesn't poop within the next couple of days - you might want to get him to your vet where they can take x-rays to make sure there is no impaction. they also might want to give him injectable fluids and/or an enema. let's hope he's just backed up a little and not impacted. my leopard tort got impacted soon after i got him - so i know all about no poop! good luck - let us know how it goes.
