Spider Tortoises

My spiders are now set up and appear to be doing well - only 1.1, but can`t have everything! Males is 5" and female 4.5" - both are very pretty, but the male is stunning. Both arrived very heavy and ate within 4 hours of arrival - both also defaecated copiously in their water tray and no parasites were apparant under the microscope. I left them today eating cactus flowers and paddles - the large yellow flowers seem to be a big hit!

I have a few pics, but can`t post them here (I`m not computer literate enough). e-mail me if you want a pic.
