hey,
it is not served frozen. and it doesnt nessacarily have to be cooked just so much that it is not cold or hot. i use ground turkey and roll it up into a ball.

: 10 pounds, raw ground turkey
: 90 grams bone meal
: 2 crushed Centrum tablets
: Mix it all up and freeze for 30 days. (I buy turkey that is already frozen in 20 pound tubes)
