The Crotalus Ruber is the correct name to use due to the fact that it is excepted more?

The Crotalus Exsul or whatever, WAS the original name, but is still available IF they determine subspecific status?????

OK.....so, help me out here.....they're saying that they're calling ALL of these snakes C. ruber, even though if they find that the island rattler is different they'll call it C. exsul, and keep the C. ruber for the "new" originals?

Did I confuse you....cause I have no clue what I dais now.
