I am conducting a field study on May 14th in
the Haines Canyon area of the San Gabriels. We
will hopefully be accompanied by Ian Swift, a field
biologist working out of the Placerita Canyon
Nature Center. I have the cooperation also with
a website called "The Natural History of the San
Gabriel Mtns" who have offered to publish a few
pages of my findings on their website. If you get
your newsletter, you'll see the announcement for it.If not and you wish to join the fun, email me
at pyrrhura@mindspring.com
