When you go to a pet store, make sure the store is knowlegable. Yes, petco is a very good store, but sometimes they get one of those braindead Employees. Of couse I go to The Hights Pet Center where I got my turtle no too long ago. My brother buys rats there and they make sure they are boxed correctly. Well if you disagree, thats okey, but sometimes stuff like this happens.
