The Iguana from Hell

I recently bought a 4 foot male iguana and cage from a fellow student who could not keep him anymore. Apparently the ig had not been handled in a looong time. He seemed ok when I got him out, but then he started to puff up and give me a mean stare. I was on one end of the couch and he was on the other. He then procceded to charge half the length between us, then take to the air in a flying leap that put him on my back, where he bit me on the neck. I jumped up and knocked him off, and he immediatly jumped on my chest and bit my arm, and scratching with his claws and thrashing his tail. I threw him off onto the couch and backed away. I had to throw a towel on him to get him back in his cage. He is the most possesed lizard I have ever seen
