Blue Iguanas Violently Killed in Grand Caymans

Hello,
Over the past couple of weeks I notice what I believed to be some fungus growing on the back of my FL soft shell. It essentially looks like a small white spot. I tried overhualing my filtration and added additional UV lighting, but the fungus still appears to be slowly growing.

Does anyone have any suggestions for medical remedies. I'd like to try something over the counter before taking her in to see the vet because I just dont have the money right now. Anything you guys might have heard of or tried would be really appreciated.
