Found Fl softshell need help

I found a softshell turtle today. I was in a fight with two cats. I went and got it out of arms way. I do not know where it came from. As far as I know, there is no body of water near here. I will be looking around though. This softshell is a female, she is the length of my 10 gallon. I will be getting a bigger tank for her. I talked to a pet store for something to treat the wounds....no luck there. Can someone please advice me as to what to do for her, along with what i should feed her, and proper size tank?
