asking help for rescue of turtles

I need help from person/persons/organisations for making a large
farm for turtles in KARACHI - SINDH PAKISTAN. From last 5 years
water in GREAT RIVER SINDH is not coming and all canals are dry
resulting thousands of turtles are dying and if this stage rescue work will not take place then turtles will not be available in future to watch. Persons interested to support me kindly contact me and I will explain situation and this is nin-
