new king , am i doing it right?

: i am the new owner of a 13" arizona mountain king : and i want to be sure i am doing everything right : to nurture this beautiful creature to adulthood. : i am from south georgia usa where temps are : 90-95 during day and low 80's at nite my king : is housed outside in these temps he spends most : of his time under the ceramic waterbowl. : also he did real well on live pinkies but too expensive : at the local pet shop so have secured a supply of frozen pinks. any thing i need to know about presenting these frozen ones to him after they have thawed. how long should they sit in cage til they might pose a danger due to bacteria from rotting : any help anyone can offer will be appreciated : thanks steve
