Can I own a Alligator Snapper in Florida???

I used to own a alligator snapping turtle when I lived in NY. I would like to get another one, but I am not sure if they are legal to own in Florida. Back in 1995, the law in Florida was that an individual may ONLY one. Does anyone know the current laws in Florida or who I need to contact in order to find out. Any information would be great!!

Thanks
