fence skink (Cryptoblepharus virgatus)

I am going to have some fence skinks soon and I am planning on feeding them mealworms, but I don't know how much they need to eat every day. Also, if I keep them in a tank, how big should it be, and do they require a heating lamp and any specific light period? Any information will be greatly appreciated, thank you!
