United parcel service (ups) does not knowingly accept live animals (more)

However some people are able to get permission. I personally have gotten knowhere on getting an account with ups. I have spoken with other breeders who use ups with an account, or with a "friends" account. Some say they can lable them live, some say they put live on the invoice, some say they make no mention of live animals. I guess it depends on where you live. I have asked locally at one of 7 hubs in the country, and have been refused. I have also called the 800 # and been told no live period. So take it however you will, but ups policy is no live animals.
