You cannot ship snakes via USPS, that IS illegal. Non venomous lizards are fine though. Express Mail is not a reliable way to ship these days, most shipments are taking two days to arrive at their destinations. You are better off packing your shipment up and taking it to your local UPS or Fed Ex terminal, they are much more reliable.
