airborne mess

I shipped a small box that weighed 2 lbs. express, which should have cost a total of around 30 bucks.
when i got the bill it was for $65, becouse they said the dimensions of the box were greater than the weight????
and it arrived later than the 12:00 cut off, but they said the zip code i mailed to wasnt part of their 12:00 deal.
BE CAREFULL OR YOU TOO WILL GET THE SUPRISE OF A DOUBLE COST BILL FROM AIRBORNE
