I use USPS almost exclusivly to ship my reptiles, and I finally got up the nerve to ask the postmaster if it was accually legal. He replyed, "you know, I think so but let me call the postmaster General and find out". So he told me he would call me and he did. He said there are no restrictions for sending live harmless reptiles thru the mail, but they can only guarantee overnight shipment to SOME places, so they just let me know when i take something in if its over night or 2 day, if its 2 day I use Airborn express.
