do you mean the rolls of wire that tends to be like 50' long and like 4' wide?
the basic material isnt much of a problem,its making a "frame" that can make the area tall enough to walk in(no less than 6'tall) and having it fully enclosed enough so that the cats dont get in there...

ive also gotta get rid of a small pepper tree thats in my aquatics enclosure right up next to the wall...i was thinking of chopping it and putting some tree death into it(way outta the reach of the turtles,like 4' up) but i dunno...

: Anyway, If you want to do this on a shoestring, it aint gonna happen. The best you can do is chicken wire on a frame. Now, if you want to do it so it lasts you can find these metal panels or wire cloth (I think its called) that come in various sized meshes. I'll try and post you some pics of the stuff I'm talking about. I made small covers for hatchlings when I put them out to graze on the lawn I used to have.
