Problema con tortuga de orejas rojas

Mi tortuga tiene unos 5 años y tiene un prolapso de vejiga, es decir, se le ha salido la vejiga por el rabo, es como unas almorranas muy fuertes, mi veterinario se la ha introducido varias veces, pero se le vuelve a salir, al principio la tortuga comia y estaba sana, ahora ha empezado a ponerse mustia, alguna idea? Muchas gracias de antemano
