I would wonder why she does it too. I only have a couple of 'feeding errors biters. And the only one that bites is my silly black ratsnake and she is a bit of a pain with her antics. She is just plain nuts.
Out and fine one time and totally psycho the next time. She is a WC as a youngster but in captivity for more than 2 years.....I just think of her as really paranoid and a slow learner.
