My Rosys get the same treatment and housing, no matter what subspecies. I know there may be some who treat the more deserty forms a little different than varieties proportedly from more mountainous environments, but I haven't found my snakes to be that picky. It seems like no matter what I throw at them they grow and thrive...in other words the perfect snake, IMHO!
Congrats on aquiring your new Mexican Rosy...it's always fun to get a new addition!

:I've been looking around on the net for their care, and found quite a few sites.
:Do they have the same care requirements as most rosy boas?
:thanks!
