Briefly, when comparing dog breeds, the analogous comparison to snake morphs are just that, morphs within one species of snake, like corn snake morphs. Dog mutts are analogous to corn snake morph crosses. Its amazing how widespread this misinformation is!

: We are still in the infancy of captive breeding with most species of herps. Dogs, on the other hand, have been selectively bred for various morphs for many generations. Somehow, dog people got over it, we will too.

: Funny how when a "locality-purist" hatches an egg with the first ever albino whatever, he doesn't put it in the freezer to avoid contaminating his locality morphs. Frequently, he switches over and sets up an albino breeding program!
