My Cresties love Gerber's Apples and Chicken in fact they eat more of that than anything else I have tried. It is mixed up already in one jar which is a plus since it is less "cooking" for me.

About the spraying I get everything damp one or twice a day in the tank. But I live in Florida with a humidity of 82% today.
