::Similarities-
::-both nocturnal
::-both get about 8 inches
::-both geckos
::-both breed easily in captivity
::-both are even tempered and allow handling

::Differences-
::-cresteds require moderate humidity all the time, leos only need a humid hide box
::-cresteds dont need heat lights, and leos do
::-cresteds need a vertically oriented cage, while leos need a horizontally oriented one
::-cresteds are a better display in my honest opionion, due to the colors. Sure leos come in different morphs, but none can match a good cresteds (in my opionion, please dont flame me for it :)

::Thats all i can think of at the moment, hope it helps!
::-falconer

::

::

:::could someone compare crested to leos for me. i really love leos, and i would like to start with cresteds. i dont need anyone to tell me the eyelid & toes stuff either. just in like temperment, and ease of care etc.

::
::
:Crested have a prehensal tail (that once it falls,it won't return).
:Leos don't. =o)
