I've had this happen before, and to complicate matters it got crested up with bed-a-beast from the egg-laying box. If you have loose substrate in the cage or in an egg-laying box,you should remove him if that is an option,or remove the substrate for now. I put my male in a shoe box sterilite container with moistened paper towel for a couple days. The condition corrected itself luckily. The only other option if it dries up is amputation. If allowed to go for to long sepsis would be of concern. So what it boils down to is be ready for a vet visit if it dosn't correct itself in a few days. Good luck.
:how long till i should start to worry about my cresty's hemipenis being everted. I came home and introduced my female to him, and a few hrs later and they were locked in copulation, after they were finished i picked him up and his hemipenis was still everted. any help??
