I do use Miner-All every other dusted feeding. I feed my females EVERYDAY. Crickets one day, babyfood the next, etc.

I read somewhere that Miner-All doesn't have Multi-vits in it. Just a variety of Minerals and Calcium. So this is what I do just incase. I have rep-cal calcium and multi-vits...plus Miner-all. I alternate the Miner-all and the rep-cal for cricket dusting and every Sunday I dust with the Multi-vits.

I will leave the Calcium Carbonate without Vit D3 (Which doesn't say what it is made of bone wise???) in a babyfood lid JUST in CASE. I'd rather be safe. The calcium carbonate has a DIN number on the front if that matters at all. It just says Pure Calcium on the back. As for the bone meal. I can't find it...that is why I got this stuff in tablet form to crush. I asked around and they said you can't get it in powder form. I dunno, maybe she was confused. I should try the bulk food store or health store instead. I do live in Canada....maybe we don't have it.

Thanks for everyones help.
Liz

P.S. Mike I will keep you updated for SURE. :)
:If you have miner-all I, why don't you just follow there instructions? "Breeding Adult Females use every second feeding". Why is this becoming more difficult than it needs to be? Good Luck

:-Bill

::Okay,

::I bought Human Calcium Carbonate tablets for my gliders a while ago. It has NO VIT D3 in it and it is in a tablet form. I use to crush the tablet with a spoon and got it into a fine powder.

::Are you saying that I should or should not use this?...it has NO vit D3...so I don't have to worry about that.

::I'm not sure 'exactly' what is in it, but I can list. I will figure out what MAIN calcium source is in it too. I thinkit is bone marrow (sp?)....I'll cehck later.

::Oh, I also have Miner-all with Vit D3, but I don't like the idea of adding more vit d3 to my females's diet.

::Thanks,
::Liz
