The second and third yes...dalamations are pretty common in fact. You just have to keep an eye on what people are selling and pick out what you like. As far as blue cresteds...THEY DO NOT EXISIST! It is a trick of lighting and most of the time they are in shed. (And until I see an actual blue crested with my own two eyes in person I will never beleave there is an actual blue crested.)
