The picture doesn't show much of his green but there's some visible.
I've hatched out two 'green' ones, so I know it's possible. They're almost a brownish green, similar to the background in army camouflage. During the day while sleeping, they turn more of a browny beige. One of mine was sold, and the other one isn't mature enough to breed yet. Maybe next year I'll get a chance to try to bring out the green in the next generation.
