Yeah, I agree, not only is the pupil a problem, but the jaw is also. The jaw is most likely due to MBD (medibolic bone disorder) which is due to a lack of calcium in their diet. If you feel his/her jaw and it feels somewhat rubbery, that is definitely MBD. Make sure that you're supplementing with calcium almost every feeding. The reason the lower mandible hangs out is due to pressure from the tongue and weight of the head. With proper supplementation, the jaw should harden back up, but most likely won't return to it's normal form.
