Hey I know this has been asked a couple of times but I have some questions that I haven't found in the other posts and I was wondering if Allen might even be able to answer 1 I dont expect a lot of info but just checkin

1. Is there a guess or time period when the book MIGHT be released?

2. Is there any idea about how much it might cost?

3. Other than De Vojis is anybody else contributing?

4. Is it A.V.S. published?
