gargoyal gecko tank size

hello everyone im new to this forum i usualy post on the leo and beardie forum.will 1 gargoyal be able to live in a 29 or 20 gallon high tank all its life??it would have a screen top.do they need uv rays???could someone also post a good care sheet????
