just about anywhere, home depot, walmart target, other such places. theyre usually called something along the lines of plant grow light or something. I know home depot usually caries them in both flourescent tubes and normal bulbs. I prefer to use the tubes as they dont give off heat and cover a larger area. You can place them directly over the tank. Be sure to move the light around though or your plants all start to grow in the same direction.
