Most "potting" soils have fertilizer nowadays, or pearlite. My Home Depot carries a "top soil" that is just plain "dirt" with no added chemicals or pearlite. My local nursuries carry it too, different name brand, but still just plain top soil. I use it in my Crested tanks. You have to buy one of those big bags, but I just put the rest into my garden. I've also used it for my Savannah Monitor.
