Had the same problem when I first got mine; the humidity was too low and the toes were even curling up a bit on the ends. Adding live plants and misting lightly 3x a day instead of heavily 1x daily made the difference. Mine usually are on thin twigs or hidden on flat broad leaves, but do climb glass happily now.

:im very concerned for some reason it cant climb glass at all. I checked the little tiny feet but i cant see any loose sheds (or else i cant tell) Plz someone help me, i got a humid hide (2 of them) set up already with moss inside, do i need an understank heater to put under the hides??? help help help!
