Yeah, I originally had the same idea, but in the book it mentioned that not enough information on the birthing process was known. Meaning that they weren't sure if they were truly oviviporous, with the eggs hatching inside instead of laying them, or if the geckos were born like the Naultinus geckos with a placenta.

I guess I'll just have to see when I buy some(I wish, lol)
