I need help with two cresites I just got!!!

I made a trade with a friend, my mean rat snake for her two cresties that are not doing very well. They will not eat and need to be forcefed. My plan was to worm them and try some electrolytes and vitamins on them. Does this sound ok? Anything I should know about worming? I know with other herps extra heat helps, but what about these guys? I know not to get them much warmer than 85.

Any thoughts, suggestions or facts would be greatly appreciated!
