What can I use to furnish the Crested Habitat?

I was just curious to see if I could use a fogger in the tank to keep the humidity, Can I put in plastic plants, Rock ledges for basking, kind of substrate to use, Basically, besides the fogger, what environment should the tank be set up as? Thanks Shawn..............
