Crested can't climb!

Hi. I got a crested that can't climb. She always tries to climb the glass but alaways slips down. It seems her toes don't have suction. I guess it might be due to lack of nutritient or something like that in her past. Anyway, anyone knows how to solve this? I'd love to know what to do with this....maybe provide her certain type of food? Really need help here, thanks.
