And I cant remember where I read it...but...

If you put meat baby food in a dish and then put flightless fruit flys in with it they will lay eggs and the larva from those eggs will move around and trick the rachs (I think this was for aruics..sp?) into eating it. Pretty nasty if you ask me but I could see where it might work....anyway...I would do a fruit/meat mixture. Any of the meat baby foods work well...variety is good.
