Ian,
It is prob okay to keep it frozen for a few weeks, but after a month or more I would not trust it to be it’s originally potency. The acids and what not in the fruit, prob break them down to some degree. I do not know if you have ever noticed, but after letting fruit sit for a while with the vitamins mixed in, it turns very dark in color and does not smell very pleasant. So I usually just mix in the vits and minerals right before feeding, this way I know everything is fresh. Besides it only takes a few seconds to mix it in…lol.
