Like falconer said it is okay to house 2 females together, but you will be paying $150+ for each female. If you do find any females for sale they are usually bad breeders. They may be too old, or just never lay fertile eggs. Still it is possible to find good females. Crestedgecko.com has some right now, but they probably won't have any if you wait too long. Most people buy babies, and wait until they mature to see what they are. If you do get babies you need to separate them. They can fight, or one may steal all the food you put in before the other can get some. Someone posted earlier that cresties at this petshop were housed together, but remember that most petshops(mostly large widespread stores) know nothing about the care for their animals. Good luck on the cresties!

:2 females should be fine, but monitor them just in case. Color should not matter. It would be better to buy hatchlings, because a female will cost you atleast $150, while a hatching would cost around $50. A glass tank is fine, i have had my male in a glass tank for over a year and he is perfect.Hope that helped.

::Okay I was ganna wait and go to a reptile show and then get a new crested gecko or 2, I wanted to know if i could get 2 diffrent colored geckos that are both females, can they live in the same cage and all and not try to kill each other or fight over food and what not if I have 2 diffrent hide boxes and whatnot. Also. i have read that they need and all screen inclosure and not a tank because a tank doesn't let in enough air flow, then i havbe seen stuff that says that a tank if fine. What should I go with???

::Please let me know, thanks
