Hmm were did you hear that from. I am getting all my geographical info from Seipp/Henkel’s book “Rhacodactylus: Biology, Natural history & Husbandry”. They put down the 98 reports were by Girard and Heuclin. They also have De Vosjoli and Fast finding colonies on Koumoto island (small island to the south of Isle of Pines). Even if the 98 claims are false I find it hard to believe that they are totally absent from the mainland. However anything is possible =)
